El papel de la gestión directiva en la escuela rural y su incidencia frente a la calidad educativa estudio de caso

La presente es una investigación cualitativa con estudio de caso como herramienta metodológica, tiene el propósito de describir las prácticas de gestión directiva en la escuela rural, así como identificar algunas recomendaciones para mejorar la calidad en las prácticas que se desarrollan en la gestión directiva, esto con el objetivo de realizar acciones de mejoramiento que permita a la institución optar por factores de calidad donde los estudiantes, tengan una educación pertinente y adecuada con respecto al medio donde viven.This is a qualitative research with case study as methodological tool, has the intend to describe the practices of directive management in the rural school, as well as identify some recommendations to improve the quality in the practices that are developed in the directive management, the purpose of this is to perform actions of improvement for the institution opting for quality factors in which the students have a relevant education and appropriate to the environment where they live. For the development of this research was raised the proposal in the rural and departmental educational institution Miña y Ticha and three of their branches: Nengua, Ranchería and Ticha, The population to investigate was the manager and the teachers in charge of the branches mentioned above.Licenciado (a) en Pedagogía InfantilPregrad
