    La presente es una investigaci贸n cualitativa con estudio de caso como herramienta metodol贸gica, tiene el prop贸sito de describir las pr谩cticas de gesti贸n directiva en la escuela rural, as铆 como identificar algunas recomendaciones para mejorar la calidad en las pr谩cticas que se desarrollan en la gesti贸n directiva, esto con el objetivo de realizar acciones de mejoramiento que permita a la instituci贸n optar por factores de calidad donde los estudiantes, tengan una educaci贸n pertinente y adecuada con respecto al medio donde viven.This is a qualitative research with case study as methodological tool, has the intend to describe the practices of directive management in the rural school, as well as identify some recommendations to improve the quality in the practices that are developed in the directive management, the purpose of this is to perform actions of improvement for the institution opting for quality factors in which the students have a relevant education and appropriate to the environment where they live. For the development of this research was raised the proposal in the rural and departmental educational institution Mi帽a y Ticha and three of their branches: Nengua, Rancher铆a and Ticha, The population to investigate was the manager and the teachers in charge of the branches mentioned above.Licenciado (a) en Pedagog铆a InfantilPregrad
